Ultrasound-guided intranodal lipiodol lymphangiography from the groin is useful for assessment and treatment of post-esophagectomy chylothorax in three cases

Abstract: HighlightsThree cases of postoperative chylothorax were successfully diagnosed or cured by intranodal lipiodol lymphangiography.It is a minimally invasive and easily performed procedure and we recommend an early performance of this procedure.A therapeutic strategy for postoperative chylothorax is proposed.
