Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the feasibility of chlorhexidine (CHX)-loaded poly-Lglycolic acid (PLGA) nanoparticles as a modifier of a commercial orthodontic adhesive via the assessment of physicochemical, biological, and mechanical properties at tooth-bracket interface.
