Abstract: Herein, we report the UV-induced controlled radical polymerization facilitated by titanium dioxide nanoparticles and trithiocarbonate derivatives, serving as photocatalysts and chain transfer agents, respectively. The polymerization proceeded through a reversible addition–fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) process.
