Abstract:A novel metasurface (MTS) based on optimized multielement phase cancellation and diffusion reflection is proposed for ultrawideband radar cross section reduction (RCSR). The unit cell of the MTS consists of a rectangular patch on the top layer, a cross slot in the center layer, and a ground plane on the bottom layer.
