Unappreciated HLA Antibodies in Adult Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura

Abstract: HLA class I antibodies are frequently found in ITP. The screening of platelet antibodies including platelet-specific antibodies and unappreciated HLA class I antibodies is warranted in patients with ITP.
