Abstract:The La Primavera Forest System and El Bajío Zone have suffered uncontrolled urban growth, which causes a decrease in permeable soil for river waters. This has caused flooding in surrounding neighborhoods for more than five years, and affected the properties and furniture of the inhabitants of those neighborhoods.
