Abstract:Attractively interacting two-component mixtures of fermionic particles confined in a onedimensional harmonic trap are investigated. Properties of balanced and imbalanced systems are systematically explored with the exact diagonalization approach, focusing on the finite-temperature effects. Using single-and two-particle density distributions, specific nonclassical pairing correlations are analyzed in terms of the noise correlations -quantity directly accessible in state-of-the-art experiments with ultra-cold at… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
