Abstract: Dr. Mihaela Radu received a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca in 2000 and the M. Eng. degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
