Understanding Fluid Complexity and Reservoir Connectivity Using Downhole Fluid Analysis in Wilcox Formation Gulf of Mexico

Abstract: The development of the Wilcox formation in the Gulf of Mexico is constantly pushing technical boundaries in the oil industry. Here, ultra-deepwater wells are needed to target ultra-high pressure sub-salt reservoirs that are up to 32,000 ft below sea level.
