Abstract:Chronic venous diseases (CVD) are examined in this review from the perspective of the continuity of the venous system of the lower extremities and pelvis. The review emphasizes the most clinically significant manifestations of venous insufficiency in the lower extremities, pelvic veins, and varicose veins of the scrotum and hemorrhoids.
