Understanding Organizational Commitment Among Scout Volunteers Within Non-Formal Education

Abstract: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji komitmen organisasi dalam berbagai aspek di organisasi nirlaba, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan unsure-unsur non-formal. Secara khusus, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah hubungan antara kepuasan dan komirmen organisasi di antara para anggota kepanduan.
