Understanding the Antecedents of Knowledge Sharing: An Organizational Justice Perspective

Abstract: Knowledge sharing is an important variable in the knowledge management literature emphasizing the importance of social factors. Recent research has revealed that social-psychological and sociological factors are imperative to knowledge sharing.
