Abstract:Long QT syndrome (LQTS) is a rare inherited cardiac condition characterized by QT prolongation and T-wave abnormalities on the electrocardiogram (ECG). It is commonly associated with syncope, however, sudden cardiac death can occur due to Torsades de Pointes (TdP).
