Unexpected huge testicular infarct complicating obstructed adult groin hernia: a case report

Abstract: Background Testicular infarction/gangrene is usually caused by testicular torsion. Strangulated inguinal hernia complicated with testicular infarction is unusual in adults in contrast to many reported cases involving pediatric patients.
