Unexplained multi-sensory neuropathy syndrome in young Tanzanian adults

Abstract: BackgroundA unique syndrome affecting young adults of unexplained hearing loss often associated with uncorrectable poor visual acuity and lower extremity numbness is endemic in Dar es Salaam.
