Unfractionated heparin as a safe alternative in a case of low molecular weight heparin-induced thrombocytosis: A case report

Abstract: Introduction and importance Low molecular weight heparins are rarely associated with thrombocytosis. However, the safety of transitioning to unfractionated heparin is unknown.
