Abstract:Background: India leads in road traffic accident (RTA) deaths, according to the 2018 World Road Statistics. Most unidentified patients exhibit poor Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) scores ,often less than eight , heightened trauma severity, and suboptimal outcomes despite standard treatment.
