Unilateral big hockey stick incision for neck dissection in head and neck carcinoma

Abstract: Objective: To investigate for the feasibility and advantages performed by the unilateral big hockey stick incision (BHSi) in head and neck carcinoma. Methods: Neck dissection by using the unilateral big hockey stick incision (BHSI) was performed on 93 patients with head and neck carcinoma.
