Unilateral drainage of bilateral chronic subdural hematoma

Abstract: Bilateral chronic subdural hematoma (bCSDH) is a condition frequently encountered in neurosurgical practice, and it is usually the result of head trauma. Despite its frequency, no consensus currently exists regarding its optimal treatment.
