Unilateral migratory linear plantar erythema

Abstract: A 42-year-old man presented with a tender area on the sole of his right foot. Over the previous few days, he had noticed a linear, erythematous, continuously migrating skin lesion. While an internet search had led the patient to suspect cutaneous larva migrans, he himself doubted the diagnosis, given the absence of a travel history.
