Abstract: Background:The study explores unilateral versus bilateral laparoscopic ovarian drilling in patients with clomiphene citrate resistant polycystic ovarian syndrome in terms of improving the reproductive hormonal profiles, ovarian reserve and ovulation outcome in El-Minia Governate.
