“…TgBAR2 (under the name BAR2) has been recently reported to be, contrary to TgREMIND, at the periphery of the cell, colocalizing with IMC. As mentioned before, the inner leaflet of the medium IMC is particularly well-enriched in PS, and the inner leaflet of PM contains both PS and PI(4,5)P2 (41). Thus, these observations fit well with our observation that TgBAR2 associates in vitro with membranes containing both lipids.…”
