Üniversite Öğrencilerinde Fiziksel Aktivite Düzeyinin Akademik Öz-Yeterlik, Anksiyete ve Stres Üzerine Etkisinin İncelenmesi

Abstract: Bu çalışma üniversite öğrencilerinde fiziksel aktivite düzeyinin akademik öz-yeterlik, anksiyete ve stres üzerine olan etkisini incelemek amacıyla planlandı. Sekonder olarak cinsiyete göre fiziksel aktivite düzeyinin akademik öz-yeterlik, anksiyete ve strese olan etkisi incelendi.
