Abstract:Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a persistent autoimmune disease where the immune system produces autoantibodies against nuclear and cytoplasmic antigens, leading to multi-organ involvement. Typically, nephrotic-range proteinuria is indicative of proliferative or membranous lupus nephritis.
