Unpredictable Central Nervous System Effects after Lorazepam Premedication for Neurosurgery

Abstract: Administration of lorazepam for preanaesthetic medication is generally expected to produce amnesic action. We conducted two studies to evaluate the relationship of plasma levels of lorazepam with its clinical effects.
