Abstract: Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI) is a genetic disorder caused by mutations in genes responsible for collagen synthesis or polypeptides involved in the formation of collagen fibers. Its predominant skeletal complication is scoliosis, impacting 25 to 80% of OI patients.
