Unterstützt und zufrieden? Eine qualitative Studie zu sozialen Ressourcen und Studienzufriedenheit bei Lehramtsstudierenden auf dem ersten und zweiten Karriereweg

Abstract

This study examined the social resources of student teachers from diverse career backgrounds and the relationship between social resources and student satisfaction. For this purpose, 38 interviews were conducted with students on first (n=14) and second career paths (n=24). Respondents reported a wide variety of resources, with students on the second career path reporting a wider range of sources of support. Most respondents were satisfied with their studies; study dissatisfaction was less likely to be based on a lack of social support than on a perceived lack of practice in their studies.
