Unterstützung von Softwareanpassungen in Kleinen und Mittelständischen Unternehmen: Wege zu einer Anpassungskultur

Abstract: Zusammenfassung. Moderne Softwaresysteme sollten in erheblichem Umfang auch während der Benutzung noch an neue oder geänderte Anwendungspraktiken angepasst werden können. Neben der notwendigen technischen Flexibilität von Softwaresystemen und dem Vorhalten der notwendigen Anpassungsinterfaces ist die Etablierung einer "Anpassungskultur" ein wesentliches Merkmal einer erfolgreichen Anpassungsunterstützung.
