Abstract:Investigations of 78 cord blood samples from mothers of blood group 0 show that anti AB IgG antibodies can be eluatedfrom newborn erythrocytes according to the Lui-Eicher method despite negative direct antiglobulin tests. The same results were obtained after sensitization of newborn erythrocytes in vitro.
