Abstract:The incidence of coronary artery anomalies in double-outlet right ventricle (DORV) or tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) has been reported to be 2% to 10%. Surgical correction in such a scenario, across a narrowed and underdeveloped right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT), poses a significant challenge and has been associated with increased morbidity and mortality.
