Unusual Cause of Intestinal Obstruction

Abstract: Acute adult intestinal invagination is rare and often secondary to an organic lesion. It accounts for less than 5% of AIOs in adults. Grelic invagination on polyp is exceptional. We report a case of grelo-grelic polyp invagination in a 19-year-old male. The clinical presentation was that of an occlusive syndrome.
