Unusual presentation of chronic eosinophilic pneumonia with mild peripheral eosinophilia

Abstract: Chronic eosinophilic pneumonia (CEP) is a rare disorder of unknown aetiology which comes under the class of diffuse parenchymal lung diseases with eosinophilia. It is classically characterised by blood and pulmonary eosinophilia, peripheral consolidation on chest radiograph and prompt response to corticosteroid therapy.
