Abstract:Contrast-enhanced ultrasound is a valuable tool to evaluate liver lesions in a pediatric patient cohort. Unusual progressive hepatic echogenicity (UPHE) is a self-limiting phenomenon noted in a cohort of children after administration of ultrasonographic contrast agents (UCAs).
