Unveiling the Aftermath of Education-Job Mismatch among UIC Business Administration Graduates

Abstract: This study explores the different perspectives of UIC graduates regarding education-job mismatch and interpreted it to create a possible model of its perceived causes and impacts, according to the participants themselves.
