Abstract:Introduces Spatio-Temporal Homogeneity metric to effectively track comprehensive changes in storm characteristics across both space and time.Rising temperature results in "smaller and peakier" storms in the tropics, intense precipitation burst in smaller area over shorter duration.Rising temperatures leads to front-loaded storms, notably in tropics and southern temperate regions, potentially increasing flash flood risk
