Abstract:Introduction With the advent of antiretroviral therapy (ART), HIV has become a manageable chronic disease. Despite effective virologic suppression, approximately 30% of people living with HIV (PLWH) experience immunological failure, characterized by inadequate CD4+ T cell recovery.
