Abstract:This study aims to determine the safe working temperature of aluminum bronze coatings on stainless steel by investigating their dry oxidation behavior at various temperatures. Aluminum bronze was deposited onto 316L stainless steel substrates using an electric-arc spray coating, followed by heat treatment at temperatures ranging from 300 to 800 °C.
