Update on Biomarkers Associated with Large Artery Atherosclerosis Stroke

Abstract: Intracranial and extracranial large artery atherosclerosis (LAA) are a main cause of ischemic stroke. Biomarkers may aid in the diagnosis of LAA and help to stratify patients´ risk of stroke.
