Updates on Intra-articular Corticosteroid Injection for the Treatment of Adhesive Capsulitis

Abstract: Adhesive capsulitis of the shoulder joint is a common disorder characterized by a gradual increase of pain and limitation in range of motion of the shoulder joint. The pathophysiological process involves fibrous inflammation of the capsule leading to capsular thickening and contracture.
