Abstract: Acne vulgaris is a multifaceted disease characterized by inflammatory and noninflammatory lesions. Topical combination therapies offer a multifaceted approach to acne treatment, with synergistic effects and a broad spectrum of action against multiple factors in acne pathogenesis in one single formulation.
