Abstract:In the processing and utilisation of cassava, stems and leaves usually become waste. The tender stems of cassava were analysed by electrospray ionisation high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Using UPLC BEH C18 column (50 × 2.1 mm; i.d.: 1.7 μm), the mobile phases were H2O (0.1% FA) and CH3CN (0.1% FA), the column temperature was 30°C, and the flow rate was 0.30 mL/min.
