Abstract: AimsTo explore the novel molecular mechanisms of histone deacetylase 4 (HDAC4) in chondrocytes via RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) analysis.MethodsEmpty adenovirus (EP) and a HDAC4 overexpression adenovirus were transfected into cultured human chondrocytes.
