Abstract:Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a chronic intestinal inflammatory disease with complex etiology. Interleukin‐35 (IL‐35), as a cytokine with immunomodulatory function, has been shown to have therapeutic effects on UC, but its mechanism is not yet clear.
