Abstract:Background
Ethiopia has showed satisfactory progress in the improvement of maternal and child health in the last two decades. Adoption of family planning through informed choice is among the main strategy to achieve favorable maternal and child health. But this favorable progress might have masked the substantial urban-rural inequalities in informed choice of family planning.
