“…Batter et al [4] described five conditions that can predispose to the development of this uncommon entity: prior pelvic surgery, prolonged ureteral stenting, radiation therapy, previous vascular surgery and vascular pathology. Our cases presented at least three of the above-mentioned conditions that predispose to developing this fistula: pelvic extirpative surgery for malignancy, ureteral stenting and previous radiation therapy.…”
