Urgent Multivisceral Resection due to Perforated Primary Gastric Lymphoma

Abstract: Background: Multivisceral resection is feasible option for advanced gastric cancer and is indicated, when radical resection with curative intent can be achieved. It is not the best option for palliative treatment, because it has many possible complications.
