Uridine Abrogates Mitochondrial Toxicity Related to Nucleoside Analogue Reverse Transcriptase Inhibitors in Hepg2 Cells

Abstract: Objective To assess in vitro if uridine may be suitable to prevent or treat mitochondrial toxicity related to nucleoside analogue reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTIs).
