Urinary Neopterin in Patients Treated with Gefitinib

Abstract: Inhibitors of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), including low molecular weight inhibitor erlotinib and gefitinib, have been demonstrated to be active antitumor agents in patients with non-small cell lung carcinoma and head and neck carcinomas.
