Urinary retention occurring one week after spinal anesthesia: a case of Elsberg syndrome

Abstract: This case suggests that Elsberg syndrome is important in the differential diagnosis of urinary retention after spinal anesthesia and should be discriminated from other anesthesia-related complications.
