Urinoma secondary to surgical spinal fusion: Radiologic diagnosis and treatment

Abstract: We have presented a case of urinoma secondary to ureteral injury during spinal fusion via retroperitoneal approach demonstrated by CT. The presumed diagnosis of urinoma was confirmed and treated by interventional radiologic techniques.
